Royal Navy: Officer's log book for Cadet A.B. Humphrey 1893-1895. The log chronicles Cadet Humphrey over this two year period onboard H.M.S. Nile with the Mediterranean Fleet, H.M.S Victory in Portsmouth and H.M.S. Repulse in the Channel Squadron. The log offers a unique snapshot on an almost daily basis of the life of an officer cadet in the Royal Navy in the late 19th century. Numerous colour illustrations are included ranging from shape of projectiles to watercolours of the ships. Also included in the archive Guerre de Honour medal in original issue box, accompanying scroll, letter dated 19th January 1919 regarding the Legion of Honour awarded to Cdr. A.B. Humphrey R.N. and original newspaper cutting from the London Gazette 12th December 1918 regarding the Legion of Honour awarded after the Great War to a number of officers of the British Forces.

Merchant Marine: Binoculars, 2 barrel 4 draw black Japanned military style, marked S.S. Titanic Belfast on barrel. R.M.S. Titanic was preceded by S.S. Titanic 1880 to 1901 when her name was changed to S.S. Don Alberto and it is thought these binoculars refer to this Titanic not R.M.S. Titanic.
