19th cent. Doulton Lambeth salt glaze jug, made to commemorate Queen Victoria golden jubilee. The body of this jug has applied relief figures representing the British Empire with Queen Victoria seated on her throne. A moulded belt round the neck of the jug, bears the Motto Honi Soit Qui Maly Pense 8in. plus a smaller example. (2).
