Included is a very rare card from Wolfgang Lambrecht of DZR, (Deutsche Zeppelin Reederei), dated May 7th 1937, regarding the disaster. An unusual mourning notice dated May 1937 which translates as:-

"The German people, together with many others throughout the world have, in rare unanimity, expressed their condolences over the tragedy of our L.Z. 129 and the fate of those closely affected by it.
From our hearts we thank them for their sympathy.
May new strength for the benefit of humanity and worldwide air travel come out of this shared misfortune.
Frankfurt a. M. (am Main - the River), in May 1937".
