9.      20th cent. art deco honey oak four door sideboard. Doors opening to reveal a fully fitted interior of shelves and drawers, oak cutlery tray with four compartments. Brass furniture, turned front supports. Constructed in a Cotswold style.
10.     Plated ware: Brittania metal claret jug decorated with climbing plants, a modern tankard and various dishes, plus an Imari pattern ceramic sugar sifter with a plated top.
11.     20th cent. yew reproduction dwarf chest on chest on swept bracket supports.

94.     Stamps: Large heavy cardboard box containing 7 bulging manilla envelopes of QE11, GB, mixed all mint items, all circa 1980's/early 1990's and 25 Channel Isle (Jersey/Guernsey) and IOM envelopes with similar type of material. The envelope contain FDCs, PHQ cards, stamp booklets, presentation packs, stamp blocks, gutter pairs, etc. Much nice themed material eg R.A.F, shipping, trains, cars, royalty, natural history (including birds, sport, etc.). Also a P.O file of philatelic bulletin magazine and quote "The Penny Black Anniversary Book" with facsimile 1d black and Mulready envelope. Many hundred of items with high overall value of mint issues.
95.     Stamps: Battered old red 'Triumph' stamp album, (340 pages) consisting of entirely pre-war, world-wide issues. GB mostly removed, a little commonwealth material here and there, but main value in the Europe & Foreign countries. Stamps in variable condition, mounted on album pages and many loose issues for sorting as well for some countries. Some cinderellas/fiscals seen as well. A good & typical pre-war album, well worth sorting for varieties, etc. Noted is a 1857 Ceylon 1d QV blue (imperf/cut close on two sides & cat £28), several France ceres and Napoleon heads in mix condition, two Greece Hermes heads; a considerable quantity of earlier Mexico; (much loose); a scarce NZ 4d yellow Chalon head (cat £95 but poorish example); a Norway 1856 King Oscar 8 skillings red (faded); Polish 1918 mint set with over prints; a Saxony 3 groschen black on yellow (used/poorish copy); Sweden 1858 thirty ore brown; an unused U,S.A. 1857 1 cent blue (cat £110 but no gum); and a Wurttemberg 1863 three kreutzer red (perf) with nice cds, postmarked Ludwigsburg.

121.    19th cent. Photographic: Tin types 2 gentleman Doctors David St John Davies and his brother and an unidentified elderly lady, believed to be Mrs Hume. All cased (1 brass & velvet, 2 leather) plus a Carte de Visite copy of the "Times" 1876 announcing the death of William Hume son of Joseph Hume M.P. and envelope posted to Mrs Hume advertising Heuri Claudet daguerreotype photographer.

124.    19th cent. Medicine: Doctor's glass medicine measures in circular leather cases on stamps Maw, Son and Thompson.
125.    Political history: Joseph Hume, M.P. red leather dispatch box made by Furnell and Bognel trunk makers of London + red Moroccan bound studio portrait of J. Hume, M.P. Mr Hume was a political reformer and a surgeon - apothecary in Montrose and filled posts in the office of the Indian Paymaster General and was also a surgeon in the service of the East Indian Company. He was born 1777 and died 1855.
126.    Late 19th early 20th cent. red Morocco leather jewellery box belonging to Minnedosa Davies wife of Colonel Fred Davies and granddaughter of Joseph Hume, M.P. plus folding photograph of Minnesdosa, letters, Christmas & greeting cards and a pair of child's silk socks, a prize in 1893.
127.    19th cent. O.O.B. Dr. Edward Davies M.R.C.S. oval portrait study. Framed and glazed.
128.    Militaria - Colonel F.J.W. Davies: O.O.B. portrait of Colonel Davies in Mess Dress + a Warrant of Commission of Lieutenant in 104th Reg. of Foot signed by Prince George and dated 1862. Framed and glazed. 6ins. x 7.1/2ins.

A white metal Officer's pouch, a cross belt badge of the North Cork Riflemen, 104th Foot tunic buttons (5) and Light Infantry badges (2), velvet wallet holder embroidered F.D. white metal lion's head whistle or farmyard boss.
131.    Militaria - Colonel F.J.W. Davies: Indian silver cup with incised chased floral decoration inscribed Fred Davies Kashmere 1871 from I.G.C. + a pin dish and a stamp box with embossed elephant design.
132.    Militaria - Colonel F.J.W. Davies: 19th cent. French silver drinking cup with engraved floral, birds and a cherub on a fountain, possibly christening cup (French control marks to base).
133.    Militaria - Colonel F.J.W. Davies: 19th cent. Chinese mahogany inlaid with mother of pearl, fine decoration depicting battle scenes around the side, the lid has a geometric pattern and immortals decoration. The interior finished in purple velvet and inscription Major F.J.W. Davies A Token of my Friendship & Regard W.S. Cameron".
